your subscription is very expensive compared to other streaming platform, can you please improve your app as well as your website? its not user-friendly:
1. there is no skip
2. sometimes its not easy to remember what is the next episode # especially in TV, there is no hint. continue watching is not accurate.
3. no download as well to watch it offline.
4. the continue watching is not accurate. when i click one of them, i remember that I watched this episode already so its not accurate.

i have too many to mention but these are my main concern only.

Whenever i try to airplay or connect to the tv there is no subtitle and minutes later an unknown error starts to appear it’s super annoying i even bought vip i thought it would fix the problem but it didn’t work and when watching in phone i can’t resize the screen to full screen i wish this would be solved as fast as possible tysm.

I tried the VIP subscription on January and it charged my GCash account but the subscription didn’t go through. I requested refund from Apple and they refunded the amount. This February, I tried subscribing again using a different email address thinking that maybe the first email address that I used was no good. However, same thing happen when I used a new email address. The only difference is that Apple no longer refunded the amount, saying that I was not eligible for refund. Gagaoolala is enjoying the payment without providing the service.

Tried subscribing and it did but couldn’t find the show I want which was suppose to be in my country. I cancelled it right away after I couldn’t find the show I was searching for but my cash was still deducted. Shame. Wish the app would keep the date and time when you cancelled the subscription whether if you just started or you’ve been stream for a long time. Pretty sure I can’t refund it even if I haven’t watched anything and just started the vip subscription. Not worth it.
