I even mentioned the issue to the branch and they clearly don’t care. It shows you have a 0 balance and then you get a letter showing you owe 1 cent lol. In iPhone settings the app does not even have a toggle to grant permission to use the camera. Why did we need to go through the horrendous process of transferring to the new app when it is a hot pile of garbage. The old app was perfect, user friendly, easy on the eyes, navigation was simple, transactions showed, deposits and transfers instantly. The new app is literally none of those. Very difficult to navigate, pending transactions don’t get deducted? I’ve had 3 transactions of substantial amounts shown as ‘pending’ for 3 days now, totally not deducted from my account balance.
