There was no help, no acknowledgment, and not even a single revert from the support team. It’s extremely frustrating when a platform takes your money but fails to provide even basic customer service when issues arise. A reliable support system is essential for any travel app, and unfortunately, this app completely failed in that aspect. I would not recommend this app to others unless they significantly improve their customer support and refund process. Users deserve timely assistance and clear communication, especially when it comes to financial matters. -- Saurabh Gosavi, 2026-04-22 ### *---- "Service downgraded" After purchasing passes your service was downgraded. No tracking available. Bus is reaching late. No response from your side. -- knbnb, 2026-04-13 ### ****- "App can be more user friendly" Clean buses, on time but as new in aggregator service, need lot of improvement on app, customer service, tracking, rescheduling, bus pass booking and in future they need to change fleet to Bhartat Benz or Electric for more comfort buses along with more frequency. -- Akumar1984, 2026-03-18 ### **--- "Late & Not comfortable" The buses are not comfortable like citiflo. Also, buses are late at destination -- Change_later, 2026-03-11 ### *---- "Payment gateway issue" I booked a ticket today and the amount was debited from my account, but the seat was not booked. Because of this issue, I had to make the payment again to complete the booking. -- Rohit1530, 2026-03-10 ### *---- "No pass" No passes available in the app -- Jaikemla, 2026-03-01 ### *---- "Neatness" Buses are good. However too much dust inside and mosquitoes. Not properly maintained. -- Chidu_c, 2026-02-16 ### *---- "Worst service" Yet I have ticket Bus driver left me on stop and there is no option to contact customer support -- Aditya Lohar, 2026-01-29 ### *---- "Pathetic service" Frequently cancellation happening Cannot reach support Highly unprofessional customer service -- Sangram0503, 2025-12-29 ### ***** "Great app" It’s good app to travel, reliable and affordable. -- Anand si, 2025-10-03 [View all Gala Bus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
