It acts as your daily planner and enables you to manage your tasks efficiently. We’ve corresponded 27 times (so far), the last being July 20 (with no reply from you) and this is still not resolved. Update 1: Downgraded to 1 star. Another Tuesday failure! Today, ALL of my alarms we're marked as "Acknowledged" and so NONE of them went off at their associated times. Support does not respond to paying customers. Was: I like this app, as the built-in iOS alarm feature is strangely, and very sadly missing important features. However, I've had recurring issues with "Weekday" alarms not going off. I have an alarm configured to wake me up at 7 AM every weekday morning. For 3 weeks in a row, the alarm did not go off on Tuesday mornings. The Galarm app was updated soon after the third occurrence, and the following week, the alarm did not go off on the Thursday morning. On all of these occasions the phone was lying face up on its charger and I was awake before the alarm was due to go off. I did not touch the phone at all, but the alarm did not go off. I checked the phone and made sure that Galarm was still running, and I saw that the weekday alarm was listed as acknowledged, meaning the app thought the alarm had sounded, that I had pressed the notification on the lock screen, and that I had pressed the Done button in the app. I had done none of those things. Had I not already been awake I would have missed appointments. So while I really like this app, it is not reliable.
