## Galcon BT Reviews in Australia

### ***** "Works a treat"
Easy to initially pair with iPhone app and set up time schedule. Others have complained you have to stand right next to the unit for the app to work and I agree this is the case however making changed via your phone app is much more convenient than squatting down and peering at a small display. Bought off eBay.
-- Winco09, 2023-09-25

### *---- "Bluetooth not working"
Cannot paired after 1 over years , battery been changed, pls help
-- RykChin, 2022-10-09

### *---- "Useless App"
What is the point of having an app when the app will only connect when you are standing right next to the controller! Useless!
-- The Buzzby, 2021-05-24

### *---- "Bluetooth range is useless. Less than 1m!"
Cant sit on my deck over the tap unit and connect. Seems 5m is too far! I have to stand over the tap fir the app to connect. Might as well just use the tap units buttons.
-- Miltonj77, 2021-01-04

### ***** "Fabulous!!"
Have owned for 11mnths & just bought a 2nd one. It’s so simple to operate via the app & has never failed!! Plus I've just updated app & am impressed they’ve included extra items such as the ‘rain off’ time & the manual on time. Btw my Bluetooth works only if I’m in direct sight of it, but that’s fine for me. The price i paid was AUD$88 from eBay.
-- Beeny1969, 2020-10-19

### *---- "Lost all my timers!!!"
Not sure if it happened with the update but I had 15 timers paired and they’re all gone!!
-- RoobieStrange, 2020-09-23

### ***-- "Generally ok but...."
Once it’s up and running it’s a great set and forget. I have re entered all my timers and programs many times with app updates - frustrating that it doesn’t remember them. Bit buggy - some timers won’t let me customize the image where others will.
-- Happytraveller28, 2020-09-08

### *---- "Resets everything after updating"
Every time this app updates, it removes all your timers. You have to sit there reconnect everything and setup your timers.
-- mjMajed, 2020-09-04

### *---- "Yep"
Read other reviews for accurate assessment. Pls implement negative star ratings
-- Whatimgollum, 2020-03-30

### *---- "Unresponsive"
This app is so poorly designed from a connectivity point of view. Takes 5, 6 or sometimes even more times to bring you to the screen that enables you to control settings. This includes going in and out of the app until you FINALLY get into the page where you can organise your settings. Forgot trying to turn your sprinkler off in a hurry!

It is just so frustrating to use!!!
