The Gallagher Guide – Pensions app* provides a simple, convenient one stop shop designed to support members all the way from employer onboarding to retirement.
What can I do within the app?
-	Login easily and securely using biometric security features
-	View and update your contact details
-	View information about your active or deferred defined benefit (DB) pension
-	Run instant benefit quotations (subject to availability**)
-	View and monitor the current value of your DC pension
-	Track historic DC fund performances
-	Update your expression of wish
-	Raise new queries and track its progress
-	Access pension payslips
-	Update your pension payment details
How do I get started?
To get started, you must be a member of a scheme administered by Gallagher. You can easily login using the same login details as our portal, entering the sponsoring employer name as the Client ID. Once logged in you can choose to enable biometric authentication for easy access in future.

Been trying to get in touch to attain crucial information I need immediately. Let's Mr login but comes up with a contant

The instructions to access the app just brings up an error message. Then there are no help options or instructions on what to do. Mine is a deferred pension so those currently in it may be able to get help through the employer.

I logged in just over a week ago without any problems at all. When I try now it tells me that my credentials aren’t valid yet my email and password are exactly the same as they were previously. Logging in now requires you to key a “client” which it never did previously. Even when I key in the name of my company pension provider it still doesn’t allow me in. All this has happened since the last app update. i’ve contacted Gallagher by phone and they advised that it seems to be a problem with the latest update which they are working to resolve. But, it suggests to me that there hasn’t been sufficient user testing before release, a common problem with so many apps. The advice I was given was to try again in a couple of days as the issue is seen as being intermittent. Well, after seven attempts over the last three days to login, I’m not sure that intermittency the issue.  So, Gallagher, one star review for a poor app..

App upgraded to version 3.0 a few days ago. Now I cannot login and get an error “Failed Object reference is not set to an instance of an object”

This remains even after reinstalling, making the app useless.

The app was okay before the recent update as I was able to access it with Face ID. Post “update” you now need to enter a client ref which wasn’t needed before, and I have no idea what it is after trying all obvious options.

Unlike other pension providers you can’t view your current pension value using this app. I can only see the value from a couple of decades ago when I left. You are forced to make contact & speak to someone, therefore the app is virtually useless. 

Gallagher needs to understand that in these modern times your APP is what the public judge you by.  This APP is applauding so I can only assume that this lack of care probably runs through to other parts of the company. 

I will be looking to move my pension to another provider.
