It’s a failed app that they refused to fix. I’ve had this app for a little over a year and it just progressively gets worse and worse the more I use it.. It has gotten to a point now that I cannot even open the app.. so please save yourself some time and money and go find a different app that actually works

I have had pro version for 7 years. I lost my phone and had it synced with my google drive. I downloaded the app on my new phone and connected to the google drive. No photos. I have emailed support and no answer for weeks. I’m beyond frustrated. Is the only way to get support is to leave a review?

Update July 4,2025. I gave the crash log months ago and still no response or fixes. It still crashes.

I had an error in the program and I am a professional user of the program and I have been using it for three years and I store my photos and memories in it, then I put a password and put the email address wrong, then I forgot the password and now a verification code is being sent to the email and I do not have the email and it is an error and now I cannot access my memories and photos. I want a solution as quickly as possible. Thank you.

For years I loved this app and its ability to keep certain things locked away. I upgraded to a new iPhone and lost everything! EVERY OTHER APP migrated info over to the new device. This app did not migrate nor was it obvious that I was supposed to migrate anything specifically with the app. I would not recommend this app for that reason.

### *---- "I Was Wrong!  Don’t Waste Your Money"
I falsely accused these people and I apologize. When the app kept crashing I just assumed it was the app since it was the only one I’d used. Since then I’ve tried 5 other picture hiding apps and they’ve all crashed. It’s obviously something in my phone that is causing this. These people have since contacted me trying to help so they do pay attention. I always had good service up until now but it’s not their fault!

I’m a pro user on this app and I’ve used it for years but it has developed a problem that they don’t seem to want to handle. Every time I’m using it, about half way through looking at the pictures the app just crashes and brings any kind of audio with it. I’ve tested the app with no audio involved and it still does it so I know it’s not the other apps. I emailed the developers and all I got was an automated response. No help at all. Don’t waste your money on this.

I don’t know what king of update has been done to it but it’s impossible for 16, 15 and 14 iPhone user to close the ad because the arrow is all the up there next by the middle and it makes it almost impossible to close the add. Please work on that.
