This application is the worst, who was given the tender lads? Better go back and ask for your money and look for professional app developer to redo it

First time I used this app I was in a hurry, saw the park now option and just entered my card, selected time and I was good to go. The next time I created an account, added credit and now it takes about 10 sec to pay. Well done Galway.

The app repeatedly told me my transaction failed. In fact it went through both times. Fix this please; I paid 8 euro for 2 hours parking.

Every car registration can only have one account, what about named drivers? Bring back machine this is insane

Why? Why does this awful app exist?

Couldn’t have made street parking so complicated if I tried. The Apple Pay feature doesn’t work properly and the app is absolutely needless.

No one in Galway wanted to install an app to pay by card to park in Galway. The app also runs very slow, and my payment didn’t process twice.

I do not understand why an app that serves one function (to pay for parking) has 6 options to select from on the main menu and 12 sub sections in the side bar menu. If the goal is to get rid of parking machines and switch it to a digital system why make the most over complicated yet ugly app possible? It should be as simple as paying on a parking machine - enter location, time period to park, reg then pay using apple/google pay. Shouldn’t have to add money to parking app balance. It’s a shambles of an app that was released before it was fit for the general public. As someone who has worked in app development, this is embarrassing.
