This App is not functional. Has not been for almost a year now. When you login it fails to authenticate user and stops there.

Poor service!

I can’t log in on the APP!!

Decline logging in

This app does not work, everytime when I try to log in it declines the authentication. It has been like this for months and now I cannot see the balance. I just want to pay off this account and close this thing.

The recent updates ruined the app

I understand the security improvements and changes but the app is not usable at all, been trying to login for 3 weeks now with no luck, the sms confirmation pops up but still would say i didn’t confirm, sometimes is works but not for the past 3 weeks

I can’t login

The app does no longer allow me to login. Whenever i try to login i get a pop onscreen message to accept the login which i do then afterwards it will buffer for almost a minute the say i declined the authentication. Meaning now i have to go to the store to pay the bill

Useless App as we can’t login and pay.

Bad service

Ever since the app upgraded I can’t log in it keeps saying I rejected authentication which is false coz I did accept it but still says the same. Even if I call call centre they can’t help me

It’s not working

I cannot login, always rejects my verification.

Useless app

Since an update the app is useless, when I try to login it sent me authentication on my cell which i approve, then few seconds later it gives me a feedback that I rejected the authentication
