## GameFly Reviews in United States

### ***** "I love this service so much I had to review it on the App Store which I don’t do often"
Although I’m still on free trial I am loving this service and I’m extremely mad at myself for not getting into GameFly sooner. I played space marine 2 finished the campaign and played the multiplayer, returned it and have another game on the way. You can even buy games on here. I am most definitely sticking with this service past the free trial. If you like physical media and want to continue to support it in every which way possible In an age of digital services and the unlikely hood of games ownership I highly implore everyone to hop on this service.

### *---- "It never keeps me signed in"
No it’s not the end of the world but it’s just annoying and tedious that every time I check my order or go to buy something I have to sign in. Fix it please!!!!
-- /Micah/, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Can’t log in"
I keep getting told me login is invalid, but I can log in via the web.

### *---- "Horrible service forced to give 1 star otherwise 0⭐️"
Been receiving emails from this company and decided to give it a try. Picked my 10+ games and was excited to see after a day or so my first game shipped. Waited a little I’ve a week for it to come and them it arrives I open it and it’s empty. I report the problem and they close my account. Instead of trying to fix this they just cast me off. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this service. Customer service is trash how they fix issue is horrible. No wonder you see less and less ads from this company nowadays

### *---- "Never works"
App never works. I’m trying to redeem my coupons and the server is constantly down via the app. Horrible
-- Diggerboyz, 2024-07-17

### *---- "Trash"
The app is trash like the service
-- OakBear816, 2024-07-02

### *---- "Waste of time and money"
Waste of time and money support takes a day to get back to you and they first class mail you things yet tell you wait a week before reporting a problem. Then they send you a different game then the one you asked for two weeks ago. When asked why they just go we reported the problem. I’m not waiting another two weeks for my video game. Defeats the purpose of the business.

### *---- "This service is terrible"
I don’t receive half of the disks they send me then they charge my card for disks I returned or never received service is slow I canceled my membership and they are still charging my card. This service used to be great but now it’s just a big scam. I also have tried contacting them but they just ignore me and don’t respond. I just want the money back from the last time they charged me or they can send me the last disk back

### *---- "Scam company"
I would not recommend this to anybody. At first, it seem like it was kind of worth it, but was just barely breaking even. Overtime the price you pay monthly and the time it takes for games to come and go and them to lose them and everything else that they do that they try to blame on everyone else because they refuse to upgrade their mailing system like everyone else does. They still use USPS. Not counting the reason I called him a scam company. Is it over the time that I’ve been with them they’ve added multiple things that were supposed to make the delivery process faster such as USPS carrier scanning packages which word counted as receive so they can ship your new one that never happens. They also added in a new button that if you are in good standing is what they say that you can do a self return which would speed that up to recently just approve that does not work and it is not a process that will ever work. I push the button and held the game for 10 days. Never was counted as ship for anything. It’s a scam. I tried it thinking that if you could possibly get you know games in and out fast enough, it would be worth it but listen to me here. It is not worth it. You will end up spending more on the monthly payment then you would purchasing the games and you would have them forever. GameFly is a complete scam. They lie they lie, and they lie. They will not stand behind their company they will not stand behind shipping. All they care about is taking that money from your card.

### *---- "They use the Pony Express to deliver"
Great concept and all but it takes the game a week and a half to get to you then you try it for a week then a week and a half to get back because of their shipping so it’s $17 a month for one week of play out of the month.
