I have purchased gamesir z1 It’s been more than seven months. The product is waste for me and I have wasted my money on buying GameSir product because it’s not supported with my Apple iPad Air so it’s waste of money on buying these products because they are not supported with Apple iPad and don’t waste your money on buying these products and these products are costly to even pay that much amount. When you know that this product is not supported with your device it feels so bad. So I request games are to to do something with your products so that we can use them with iPad also with iOS 17 so that’s a request so that I don’t feel my money wasted on your products even your other customers also not feel bad in buying your products

Do something for X1 on ios 14

I’m used iOS 13.5.1 gamesir G5 working on G-crux And go inside mapping and give save/start directly going to pubg but G5 disconnected I can’t play pubg this controller how to fix this problems

Can’t configure any of the usb c gamesir controllers, only bluetooth. Had to pull out an old android phone I had lying around in order to configure and update my Galileo G8 type c.
