## GAMMA AR Description
GAMMA AR ist eine Anwendung zur Überwachung von Baustellen. Mit Hilfe der Augmented-Reality-Technologie werden 3D Building Information Models (BIM) auf Baustellen anhand von Smartphones oder Tablets überlagert. Mit GAMMA AR können Bauleiter, Facility Manager, Handwerker und andere am Bauprozess beteiligte Akteure durch die Baustelle gehen und die Realität mit den in 3D-BIM-Modellen enthaltenen Planungsinformationen vergleichen.
GAMMA AR ermöglicht die Visualisierung von 3D-BIM-Modellen vor und während des Bauprozesses und schafft so ein Verständnis für die Planung und hilft dabei Fehler zu vermeiden und die Baukosten zu senken. So können Bauleiter und Planer verschiedener Disziplinen (HLS, Architektur, etc.) anhand des BIM-Modells auf der Baustelle zusammenarbeiten und dadurch Kollisionen vermeiden und Unklarheiten beseitigen, bevor Fehler entstehen.
Darüber hinaus ermöglicht GAMMA AR die Erkennung von Fehlern direkt im BIM-Modell, so dass Anpassungen in der Planung vorgenommen, Fehler vermieden und der Baufortschritt umfassend überwacht werden kann.
