## GanBook Reviews in Israel

### **--- "I’m unable to save photos"
The navigationtion is very frustrating, when I finally find my kids’ photos I’m unable to save them 😔
-- Chen Shab, 2026-06-12

### *---- "Bad performance"
The app something loading and loading without starting. The performance is really bad so I couldn't see my son pictures from Gan
-- Gal0123, 2025-12-31

### ***-- "2 Improvements suggestion"
1) The app doesn’t indicate when picture was taken or uploaded to app.
Please add an indication when photos were taken, or at least when they have been uploaded to app.
2) The app deletes your album at year’s end, without any prior notification.
Please have the app allow to keep the album locally, or save on user’s cloud.
-- AMI289, 2025-10-17

### *---- "Just worse"
Almost nothing works properly.
-- nata fersh, 2024-09-12

### *---- "Couldn’t register"
the app continuously asks for a correct password with one letter and one number. This bug easy to reproduce.
Try password “abcdef1” which fit all the requirements:
6 characters at least
At least one number
At least one letter
-- Gregory Stein, 2024-09-08

### *---- "Worst settings ever"
Cannot set kid's birthday.
The gender's color is hard to see which is selected.
-- Cheertako, 2024-08-29

### *---- "לא עובד בכלל"
תעדכנו את האפליקציה
-- Yasha 2shae, 2024-02-19

### *---- "Nice idea but"
It's worth nothing if the imgaes are kept in low resolution
-- סוף מעשה, 2022-12-17

### *---- "Complete lack of basic features"
No way to add more groups to the same child
No clear functions to some buttons
Terrible user experience…

Literally only just a little better than nothing
-- PhirePsyde, 2022-11-13
