To be honest regretted opening a business account with gtb . This is the most useless bank app I have ever seen. Since I opened this acct I have never been successful to even login to make use of or. After over a year today I have tried to login and even change password using my token all to no avail. So now I can’t even push my money to another bank since am unable to login. Please just scrap this app since is insufficient and fail to meet your customers needs.

To say this is the worst banking app ever would be an understatement. This is the worst app ever created. Whoever the developers are should be fired immediately! Was there even any testing carried out on this app at all? This app works only 0.00001% of the time. It's 2024, we are only trying to do simple financial transactions that many apps have been able to do for ages!

Sometimes you need to restart the app multiple time before you're even able to click on the "Login" button. It's easier to travel 50 kilometres to a gt branch to do a transfer than to use this app that was supposed to make life easier. Just throw this whole app away and build something else. If you're trying to download this app, you have been warned. Don't! For the sake of your health and business.

I can confidently say that this is the most useless banking app in the whole of Nigeria. The unreliability is becoming too much. For goodness sale, this is suppose to be used by business owners yet, it takes forever to make one single transaction sometimes. I have had to wait for 48hrs before been able to make a transfer from this your app. Please if you cant sustain this app to work efficiently, i suggest you remove it from the store and enable us use GTWORLD which is far better else, you are at the detriment of loosing not just customers but business oriented clients

Please @Gtb, are you working on the challenges this GAPS-Lite app is giving because it’s really annoying and exhausting trying to make transfer and it’s mostly giving error response or is it every time your bank network is bad? 
If it’s not logging you out when trying to carry out transaction or check transaction history, it will give response of “unable to retrieve…… or unable to validate etc”. Please do something as soon as possible

The GTBANK lite app should be phased out. It has outlived its usefulness. Apart from being slow is that it keeps rejecting command. To me it’s a stressor that I don’t personally need at this moment. I am unable to perform basic transactions. Just coming from GTBANK, they are as confused as their app. Unable to assist in either reprogramming or come up with a solution. After removing and re installing the app, still the same issue. Aww🥹🥹🥹
