## GardaWorld Kiosk Description
This is the brand new GardaWorld Security Services Canada mobile application. 

Login with your existing GardaWorld account to access the full set of features. Contact your local office to recover your account or create one if you are not an employee (in-app creation and recovery soon).

PRIVACY
Your privacy and confidentiality are important. At no time is your location data sent to the server and the mobile app does not track or save this information. GardaWorld does not know where you are when you are away from work.

YOUR PROFILE
- View your GardaWorld information from anywhere.
- Review your qualifications, licenses and when they expire.

YOUR SCHEDULE
- Active employees can access their work schedules from anywhere.
- View the work site address, map, and instructions.
- Clock in and out directly from the app. No need to call anymore!
- My pay: view pay rates, premiums, and allowances when applicable.
- Make Pay Discrepancy Request right from the application.


AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- Receive notifications when shifts are available.
- Quickly respond and be awarded the shift automatically.

- Configure schedule and qualification expiration reminders.
- Update your personal information and qualifications.
- Request leave of absence and get notify when it's processed.

The app and WCCC don’t seem to communicate. And when you receive a call 20-30 minutes later after a ‘successful’ check in asking why you haven’t checked in….  It gets frustrating.

And as for the hourly check ins it’s random the time shown between check ins, again prompting WCCC to call, and be aggravated at you for not checking in.

No vibration or any alert tone when shift are poster on top of that, it stops showing notifications in the bar. I have checked my phone setting 100 times everything is in order along with highspeed internet. When I get a chance to open the app ot always shows ‘No shifts Available’. The app doesn’t let me pick shifts from last 5 months. So, disappointed. I wish if we could fo back to ehub. :(
