## Gardyn Reviews in United States

### ***** "Nice App"
It is a very great app, but would be better with dark mode and Liquid Glass.
-- Step1—, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Can't Change Timezone"
Whenever I change the Timezone, it just automatically switches back to the New York Timezone. This resulted in a very rude 3AM awakening...
-- ShrkTch2, 2025-10-14

### ***** "So much for having a hobby."
I love my Gardyn so much I bought a second one. It gives me so much peace and joy. For some reason now Gardyn thinks I should be graded on my abilities, which annoys me to no end. Please make this option optional to people who want to be analyzed by an algorithm. I’m just sitting over here growing snacks.

Update: thank you for making the grading feature optional so I don’t feel like there is yet another entity in my life expecting me to be perfect. I truly appreciate it.
-- ElChabibti, 2025-10-10

### ***-- "Water schedule won’t save"
I’ve been trying to save water schedule for weeks and it still won’t save. It’s effecting my plants. Wondering when this will be fixed. I’ve made sure I have the most up to date app.
-- Plantlife3343, 2025-10-09

### ***** "Love this!"
I was a little bit hesitant as I’ve never had a green thumb, but happy to report. I have my own gardener with my Gardyn! Easy to assemble and easier to grow, no mass, no hassle, this product does everything for you to have a wonderful greens every day!
-- jlcarrier351, 2025-09-14

### *---- "Be Careful!"
This seems more a scam than hobby, subscription based! The app is written to that end, it is very confusing and difficult in manual mode. The schedule is not easily customizable, it is possible but be warned you may think your schedule is set and working when it is not.
-- Cyberpoke, 2025-09-01

### *---- "Horrible customer service"
I was really excited to have a Gardyn but now seeing how difficult it is to speak to a human I wish I never got this thing. The entire Gardyn is too expensive to have such horrible customer service. I tried to end my subscription and it’s been the absolute worst to try and do. The app isn’t updated and makes it hard to simply cancel a subscription. I honestly don’t recommend to anyone if you need to speak with a human.
-- Dancinsquash, 2025-08-30

### ****- "Love it, but…"
Love this app! Makes it super easy to manage my gardyn. I do wish there was a way to customize the task schedule to which plants are growing. For example, being able to set the schedule to either 1 or 2 tank refreshes a month.
-- me,myself,and i, 2025-08-20

### **--- "App doesn’t always load"
App loads inconsistently after the most recent update. Sometimes I’m just forever stuck on “Loading” when it’s trying to launch.
-- _Tiff_, 2025-08-19

### ***** "Joy"
I have never experienced such joy being involved in an activity as I do watching my Gardyn grow each day. I’m thankful for my friend Melissa gifting to me the Gardyn Studio and the Kelby subscription. Thank you Gardyn. Thank you Melissa.
