Garmin Connect™ Reviews

Accountability

MrBrain77 on

United States

I don’t obsess over the accuracy of every little metric (ok, that’s a little bit untrue- but I try not to!) but I like checking them. Sleep score, body battery, stress levels, heart rate… and FITNESS AGE. These things keep me moving. I’m accountable to myself for my health and Garmin has found a way to motivate me to track a few metrics that may have a positive long lasting affect on my health. Kudos to Garmin. As a 56 year old man, I know my steps (or lack of), my heart rate… etc. And I know when I need to get my butt in gear and move!! Thanks, Garmin.

Love it but it has issues

JocMCG on

United States

Love the accuracy. Love all the information I get. I’m not happy with the sleep part. It’s not very accurate. The sleep part of the app needs improved. But everything else is spot on. I left Apple for this watch and I’m not disappointed.

Amazing

The app is so user friendly I never really have to go digging to find what I need we need more apps like this.

Excellent App!

I’ve been a Garmin user for 6+ years and it’s amazing. I love the challenges and awards!! Keep it up Garmin!

Great app

I’ve been using Garmin Connect for 10 years now. It works quite well and I’ve had almost all my thousands of swims recorded. One thing I wish Garmin Connect would do is to take the total mileage for every month (30/31 days) and the year (365 days) instead of 4 weeks and 52 weeks. I want to know what my entire total is for 2024 from Jan. 1 to Dec 31.

Activities won’t sync

Thranda on

United States

Recently, activities from my Garmin watch won’t sync to the Garmin Connect app unless delete the app, redownload, and reconnect my device.

Awkward

Tom10293857 on

United States

If you want an app that you can customize the way YOU want, this app is not for you. For example, history in the main window is Today, Yesterday, and/or Last 7 Days. The app doesn't allow any other history timeframe. Another example, if you want to track an activity that is not related to a Garmin device (eg push-ups), there is VERY minimal support for that. You can manually add an activity, but it's VERY awkward and does not offer an historical timeline for that activity.

Change it back

my2bboys on

United States

I really like being able to see my daily step count at a glance. Now I have to drill into activities in order to check my steps. It’s too much bother the app used to be more user friendly.

Good but two frustrations

JB East Bay on

United States

This app does a lot of good things and I am a Garmin fan with two devices. Two problems: 1) connection problems with both devices. The cause is none of the things on their checklist. It just takes a long time and sometimes force quitting the app 2) it would be great to be able to use Connect to remove courses from the devices, especially the watch.

Fix the bug

Юрій1111 on

After the update, Garmin 810 started to reset the route. (zero). After 10 minutes. Fix the bug. It is impossible to use.
