New version is terrible

Huckmeat on

Bring the old user interface back. The new version is horrible. Last Garmin watch for me if we can’t get the old, actually useful app back.

New look is awful and clumsy

callmecity on

The new update was not wanted, is clumsy, clunky, and forcing us to choose a focus was a bad idea. It also does not sync correctly a lot of times. Won’t display my sleep score or OHRV unless I check it on my watch, the. It will suddenly appear. The new update also doesn’t sync unless prompted most times. It is terrible. Don’t fix things that are not broken, and maybe consult the larger user base before making extreme changes. Please provide an option to return to the old version. Take the feedback you’re receiving, just look at your comments here. Everyone hates the update.

Garmin connect saved my life

Speed racer420 on

Before garmin connect I was an aimless soul running in the wind. But now with garmin connect by my side I can achieve all my goals and aspirations easily. Sub 2 hour marathons are my rest days now and 50 miler ultras are my real workouts, and this is all because of garmin connect!!!

Still Could Improve Format

Fitness junkie2 on

Visuals could look a little more eye catching. Please change the stats Heart Rate graph to reflect to the colors of the HR zone.

Update is Terrible

Unhappy Garmin Customer on

If you are still running the 4.xx version - DO NOT UPDATE!!! The home page is not customizable, even though that is an "option". I hope I can find a work around to revert back to the 4.xx level of the app. As it is, the current version is useless to me.

Poor auto add gear options

K.R.Bishop on

Garmin, please make an option to differentiate which bike is auto added for different riding types. I would like to see more than one category for “cycling.” Road cycling and mountain bike cycling specifically.

Please bring back the previous UI

SCrowd on

Hi dev team, what’s the status on adding an option to revert back to the previous UI look? It was significantly more functional for people who track athletic performance via Garmin devices. Thanks!

Syncing problems

mohmusah on

The latest update seems to cause syncing problems between my Felix 6 and my iPhone.

Developers are screw-ups

RPJ244 on

The recent total rearrangement of the app really screwed up a perfectly functional product. Todays 5.2 update made it even worse by eliminating navigation out of Body Battery. We now have to completely close the app and reopen to get out of Body Battery to be able to view other stats. DEVELOPERS, FIX IT IF YOU ARE CAPABLE!!!!! Zero stars is not available! Update: It is interesting that Garmin doesn’t seem to want to post this review.
