Cannot verify my account

I get an app error. :(

SMS validation doesn’t work

Been trying for days and read all of their info and still can’t get my phone number verified. Tried another number and still doesn’t work.

Old app was better

Liked the old app better when you could send messages to phone numbers and the recipient didn’t have to be on the messenger app

Not accurate

The app says I’ve used 2 messages of my 40 but I haven’t used it yet so I’m not sure what’s happening.

Did not work

Did not work on my 8 day North Coast Trail hike where there is zero cell coverage

Set up not easy.

Spent hours and can’t get it to work on my phone with the new app downloaded.

Not user friendly

A device that has so many great features except the ability to help pair!

Never paired with mini

Try as I might this app never paired with my inreach mini. Tried all the troubleshooting tips but no joy. Pored fine with Explore, but I don’t need yet another navigation app when all o want to do is send a quick message or request help. Come on Garmin do better.

Not worth it.

Difficult to set up; clunky interface. Get a different product if you can.
