I have to rely on this app for my on call cover but it is SO BAD that it frequently misses requests. It takes so long to respond to things and I pretty much have to force close it every single time I use it. I have no choice but to use it though. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Most recent update has slowed down the opening of the app ridiculously.  The previously quicker opening was extremely helpful when trying to book on or check if I was on duty at important times.  Is it takes up to a few minutes to load, during times of call outs it simply isn’t good enough.

Simple booking requests take an age to complete, hope you like looking at a spinning wheel because you’ll be spending lots of your free time looking at one.
Clunky, too many menus to navigate through for basic tasks, often freezes/crashes in use, app based version has limited functionality.

I've been unable to use the app to book off since the 6th of December. The call signs of Scottish stations changed with the control merger. Our station (Invergordon) should be S30 but it comes up on the app as U30 (Benbecula) not sure if this has anything to do with being unable to book off. If I try it keeps coming up with ERROR. Please can someone have a look and try and fix this glitch. Thanks.

I use this app daily it's not a direct replacement for the website as I thought it would be. I like how I can see who is on call at that precise time & the quick book comes in handy. A few changes I would like to see are....Auto login as soon as you select the app icon using pre saved passwords. Home screen set to show the personal on call without having to navigate through the menu. A full 24hours view not just 6hours.

This is a good app, Room for some improvement to be made. Better schedule view for whole station, Station Status be able to move forward in time up to a couple hours.
Also maybe a own hours schedule overview.

This is a far better improvement logging into service system & Gartan.
