## Gate Smart Lock Description
Manage access to your home through your smartphone. Gate Smart Lock and app allow you to see who is at your front door every time the motion sensor is activated, respond to your doorbell, get real-time video of who is ringing you, interact via a two-way audio and provide access to guests via unique pin numbers. That means, no need to hide or share keys with cleaners, dog walkers, deliverymen, repairmen, guests, or anyone else, anymore.

## Gate Smart Lock Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great Product"
This is a great product with only one flaw, which may be due to my slow internet, there is a fairly large lag time between when someone is in range of the camera, and my phone notifying me, likewise, I “see gate” and it takes some time to view, so people are knocking again before I can connect. Otherwise I love the features!
-- Someone watching, 2022-07-23

### *---- "Canary purchased and shut down this product"
It seems that Canary has decided to no longer sell or support the Gate Labs product. App is no longer functioning
-- Brian S. F., 2021-10-26

### *---- "App does not work’"
App stopped working one day (no notifications) and has not worked since! Stay away.
-- Sharksparkc, 2021-04-06

### *---- "Poor quality product"
I purchased 3 locks and all 3 failed within one year. At first they functioned fairly well. As several months went by the locks would not retain a charge for even two days! One lock failed altogether. The company agreed to send a replacement. The replacement was never received. After multiple requests on my part and no response from the Gate company I had to replace the 3 locks. I would never recommend this inferior product. JLE!
-- Joylee!, 2020-10-14

### *---- "Good for a lock but not a camera"
This took forever to ship and she app is almost useless the notifications are super slow and it doesn’t even record things at the right time this thing is a joke if you want a good camera get a ring instead.
-- hello will fodor, 2020-07-20

### **--- "Wish I had a better option"
Only using this because nothing else fits my door.

Inconsistent notification and motion sensor triggering.

This is problematic because you cannot unlock without motion detection.

Company promised updates but never happened.

Very disappointing
-- thisismissshe, 2020-07-16

### ***-- "No simple way to delete multiple files at once"
The gate itself is great. The ability to assign individual pin’s is great. When it comes to media management it falls short. There is no way to select multiple files at once for deletion. Having to swipe left on every single file is tedious and time consuming. It’s would be great if you could select ranges of dates for deletion.
-- J.T. III, 2020-06-22

### **--- "User"
Last update is horrible. Alerts come in delayed and no notification of any entries
-- Supaseed, 2019-12-03

### ***** "Love my gate lock!"
Love having gate to get in and out of my hous easily and give access to friends and family from the app.
-- jazzylady61, 2019-11-03

### **--- "Woke up to an Un-Locked House!"
So my new Gate smart lock has been installed for three days. Love the idea of this, but this morning I walked past the front door and noticed that it was unlocked!!! Last night I checked to be certain that my front door was locked.
What the heck!? Calling them now for tech support.
