## Gatorade Gx Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Doesnt work"
I bought a Gx bottle and everytime I try and sign into the app, it gets to the part asking if I want to allow notifications. No matter what I click after that it gives me a red banner sign at the bottom saying “Your session has expired. Please login again.” I’ve deleted the app multiple times and the same thing keeps happening.
-- DanB3251, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Can’t login"
I recently bought the GX bottle and was excited to see how it worked with the app. I can’t login and repeatedly get either “Session Timed Out” right after I hit the notification button to accept them or I get “Hmmm something went wrong.”

This is truly sad to see as this issue is still happening after viewing previous reviews. Come on Gatorade, you’re better than this.
-- Need for speed 12356790, 2024-10-18

### ****- "Could have widgets and Dynamic Island stuff"
It a good app but I wish that for my smart bottle I hade stuff so I could look at my phone and It would tell me how much water I have had
-- Fadedking007, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Does not scan"
Buy it. Wear it. Won’t scan. Useless. Don’t date your money.
-- Missamericamoe007, 2024-09-08

### ****- "AppleHealthKit Integration"
Can you add AppleHealthKit integration to track “water” similar to how “Hidrate” does it? Would be more convenient! Thanks!
-- Shawnybadboy, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Can’t create an account!"
Won’t allow me to create an account after following all prompts and creating a password matching their criteria. Have tried several times. Killing in the app, deleting and re-downloading.
-- mectri, 2024-06-07

### *---- "Log in issues"
Same issues as others. I get a “hmm, looks like something went wrong” error after allowing notifications and cannot sign in.
-- MBG6709, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Gx sweat patch doesn’t work"
Opens camera to scan but never scans
-- bkl04, 2024-04-15

### *---- "Gx App won’t proceed past login"
Every time I try to login it lets me enter my information and then lets me continue to where it ask to allow notifications and when I click allow I either get an error message saying my session expired or I get a try again message and nothing works. Un installed and re installed and still didn’t work.
-- cuetheletdown, 2024-04-10

### *---- "Unable to get past the signup page"
I bought a Smart Gx Bottle and when it finally arrived I was excited to use it for my morning run to track my hydration. I charged it and downloaded the app. It prompted me to signup to make an account. It asked for my email, which I put in, and then my date of birth. When I tap the area to put it in the “Done” button slides to the top of the page and no other prompt shows up except for a grayed out background of the original page. There’s no keyboard, calendar, or scroll feature that shows up that allows me to put in my DOB. There isn’t even a line where I would type it as I tried to write it down in my notes and copy and paste it into the app. I’ve tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, refreshing a new signup page and nothing will let me get past the first two steps. Very frustrating, missed my morning run trying to troubleshoot this.
