## GAVL Live Description
Never miss an auction again with the GAVL Live Auction App. GAVL is the only purpose made broadcast and communication platform for the real estate industry. It allows you to watch, research and participate in real estate auctions live and free from anywhere in the world.

Not only that, with live auction results published seconds after the auction finishes, you’ll know the result of that property you were interested in instantly. Property Passed In? Contact the agent straight away and start negotiating! Property result undisclosed? Watch the auction and find out for yourself!

Gavl also provides unique market insights into auctions you can’t find anywhere else. How many people attended the auction? How many bidders were there? Did the auction meet the vendor’s reserve and how much over did the final result go? Only Gavl can tell you.

Are you a vendor, or interested in selling your house? Now you can research the market and decide which agent is best for you by seeing their performance firsthand and analysing the detailed data Gavl provides. And you can of course now watch your own auction go under the hammer – no more nervous waiting inside to find out how your property has gone!

You are able to browse listings, shortlist properties, watch live auctions, follow auctioneers, communicate with agents in real time and create live alerts based on your own search criteria.

## GAVL Live Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Avoid"
There is no way to have your account deleted or personal information removed. Avoid at all costs
-- Nonicknameapple333, 2024-11-23

### *---- "On demand auctions don’t work and keeps exiting"
fix your on demand auctions from other states. some of them have a loading screen and doesn’t go further and error messages where video on demand not available. The ACT auctions are an example.Fix it up please. Also the app exits prematurely. Not good enough
-- Whatdameanwasi, 2024-08-01

### *---- "Waste of developer time"
This app was a rubbish experience. The need to jump between properties for auction for the feed just creates multiple opportunities for the feed to drop out. No information on the property shown in the feed. I tried to use it for 1 hour to watch a series of consecutive auctions and lost connectivity no less than 15 times. Properties appeared then disappeared. The app logged off completely twice. To be quite frank it was a complete joke.
-- Louie!!&1D, 2024-01-31

### *---- "Tech needs to be improved a lot!"
Search function is very bad. Right now I’m unable to search the property that has finished the auction to see sold price.

And even I’m in Queensland it has my location enabled it gives me results from Melbourne and I assume it gives me my surrounding suburbs?!

UX/UI also very poor I think need hire engineers and designers to improve especially in this industry people use realestate and domain app and just feel the difference is too big.
-- defilama, 2022-06-04

### **--- "Couldn’t bid via the app on my mobile phone"
The bidding buttons weren’t coming up (despite being registered to bid via Gavl) during an auction. I had to call the estate agent to make bids over the phone. I couldn’t hear much of the auctioneer so estate agent had to repeat things to me over the phone.

Overall, a pretty stressful experience.
-- Lenni82, 2020-12-13

### **--- "Be warned"
The app works well but after I’ve viewed some inspections I have been constantly bombarded with phone calls from agents. I don’t actually recall giving any permission for my phone number to be shared with agents. I feel like there needs to be an option where you can request to be called.

I looked at roughly half a dozen houses just to test out the app and I’ve had no fewer than 5 phone calls from agents. So yay.. now my number is in their sales database. Thanks Gavl...

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
I had this app working ok in 2017 for the auction of my own place, but since then the app won’t open. All I get is an error message saying “Loading features please wait (code:080)” I uninstalled then reinstalled - still the same problem, both on IPhone & Ipad - doesn’t work on anything. Very frustrating.
Gavl, please explain?
-- Skidlumbo, 2019-09-21

### *---- "Liers"
They made me download the app considering I was supposed to work for them recording a auction through it but they did breach and what I saw is that they are trying to position this app cheating people offering jobs to win app downloads and views for a YouTube video we need to watch. Please be professionals!!!
-- Australia2019Adelaide, 2019-08-03

### *---- "Very Frustrating"
Constantly dropping out whilst viewing live
-- Kwju, 2019-05-21

### ***-- "Good and bad"
Good: to be able to watch auctions live.

Bad: Should have option to filter by state And it still hasn’t verified me to bid.
