As part of registration, you can decide your preferred method for securely accessing the app, using Face ID, fingerprint or via PIN. GB Bank app features include: • Set up Face ID or fingerprint recognition • Check your savings account balances and available funds • See your recent transactions • View your account details, including interest frequency and account destination for payment • Create future dated transactions • View and delete pending unprocessed transactions • Withdraw funds from any account you hold with us (subject to the terms of that product). • Transfer funds from any savings account you hold with us to any other savings account you also hold with us (subject to the terms of that product). • See information relating to paying money into your accounts. • Check and change the personal details, contact information and marketing preferences we hold for you. • Manage your options when your account matures. * Although the app is free to download, your standard data charges will apply If you are having problems downloading the app please email enquiries@online.gbbank.co.uk or call us on 0808 164 2111 (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays).
