From October until now my otp for Gsave does not work. I tried contacting the customer support but only got automated replies about otp.
FYI this is g cash overseas. 
I also tried clicking the “help” button on the app still does not work at all. 
So now my money is stuck there and cannot be transferred without receiving a OTP. I already tried using different phone number but still does not work.

I have spent a week with customer service because I cannot even register my account. Online it says my phone number is registered but customer service says my number is not in use. I have exhausted all options and have yet to find a way to register. My number doesn't go past the OTP stage and customer service keeps giving me feedback on how to do the selfie and verification. I recently updated my app. When I tap Cash in to add fund to my account, I get this series of highlighted section for help tips, I tap once, and the first one disappears and it shows the next one, tapped again and section disappeared and shows the next one.   However, on the last one, I could not dismiss it, preventing me from adding funds.

Honestly one of the worse written apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. It’s buggy, the automated verifier is temperamental as all get out, after spending hour upon hours and finally getting the selfie accepted, the app crashed. After finally getting pass the selfie part again, and getting my info entered for a second time (app keeps making you enter the same info repeatedly in different places) I then get a message stating I failed verification due to my info being wrong. Well, the info is quite correct. So who knows what it’s talking about, and you can’t get real support from GCash on anything. I’ve wasted an unholy amount of time on this app and have nothing to show for the trouble. The worse part is, the app is basically useless if you don’t get verified, as they won’t let you connect it to anything. If I could give the app zero stars I would.

Update: I’ve spent months working with support.  They say they’ll follow up in a few days, they never do, you call back, they say they’ll follow up in a few days, and they don’t, and around and around you go.
