App is not reliable. Doesn’t connect to your US bank and Western Union remit does not push through. Support is also non existent.

Can you remove the automatic switching to Apple Keyboard when typing details? It lags too much when switching from using custom keyboard. We prefer using a custom keyboard. Please fix as it causes delay when sending money.

I sent money from gcash to my bank account, they deducted the money from my gcash but i still haven't received it to my bank. The money is for emergency, i tried to send a smaller account it sent right away. I dont like that they dont take it seriously. Its been 3days now

Many errors

Gcash login stopped working on day two. Rejecting login information and account recovery. Money inaccessible. Support Site is designed to reduce number of Tickets customers can submit by obfuscating how to even accomplish the feat… Effectively stole money by appearing to work and then refusing service to foreigners soon after.

I am not able to add money into my gcash balance because the pop up tutorial for “cash in” is broken and would not disappear despite tapping x or tapping anywhere else.

This app should also give Filipinos abroad a chance to use their platform instead of having to use a third party platform to use or send money anyway I don’t know even know how this app could even be a thing still when it’s literally a sham and not even worth the time I hate having to write a review this harsh but I’m sorry I rather be honest than having a bot sounding comment so I guess that is all for my review I would say it’s a waste of time and not even worth it paalam

From October until now my otp for Gsave does not work. I tried contacting the customer support but only got automated replies about otp. FYI this is g cash overseas. I also tried clicking the “help” button on the app still does not work at all. So now my money is stuck there and cannot be transferred without receiving a OTP. I already tried using different phone number but still does not work.

I have spent a week with customer service because I cannot even register my account. Online it says my phone number is registered but customer service says my number is not in use. I have exhausted all options and have yet to find a way to register. My number doesn't go past the OTP stage and customer service keeps giving me feedback on how to do the selfie and verification. Useless.
