## GCBuddy Description
GCBuddy is de perfecte tool voor de serieuze geocacher bij het oplossen van multi-caches. Met deze applicatie kun je alle gevonden waarden voor A...Z noteren en kun je daarmee automatisch nieuwe waypoint coördinaten laten berekenen. Ook de eindcache coördinaten worden berekend zodra alle daarvoor benodigde puzzels opgelost en ingevoerd zijn. Verder kun je de plek vastleggen waar je je auto of fiets precies had geparkeerd zodat je deze na het cachen ook terug kunt vinden.

Lijst met mogelijkheden:

- Beheer van meerdere caches in een lijst met gedownloade caches
- Download van geocaching.com, opencaching.nl, .de, .us, .ro of .org.uk
- Bereid een multi-cache thuis voor, ook mogelijk op je PC of Mac met behulp van een eenvoudige web interface.
- Alle plaatjes in de beschrijving worden gedownload: papierloos cachen!
- Navigeer naar de parkeerplaats
- Voer antwoorden op gestelde vragen in bij ieder waypoint
    * Veelvoorkomende tekst berekeningen zoals woordwaarde
    * Stapeltellen
    * Omzetten van romeinse getallen
- Verander waarde van een antwoord en zie onmiddellijk het effect op een kaart met waypoints
- Waypoints worden automatisch berekend aan de hand van de waarden voor A...Z
- Plaats van de eindcache wordt ook automatisch op deze manier berekend
- Ingebouwd kompas/kaart voor de navigatie naar het volgende waypoint
- Overzichtskaart met alle waypoints
- Waarschuwing door vibratie of geluid wanneer je in de buurt van het waypoint komt
- Leg gegevens bij een waypoint nauwkeurig vast met je camera
- Album voor iedere cache met mogelijkheid foto's te bekijken met de ultrazoom foto viewer
- Notities kunnen vooraf of tijdens de multi-cache ingevoerd worden
- Log, als je dat wilt, na het vinden direct op geocaching.com
- Vind de weg naar de parkeerplaats terug
- Stuur een e-mail met alle informatie van een cache als backup of naar een vriend
- Schrijf met één klik alle cache informatie in de (online) persoonlijke cache notitie
- Terugzetten van een cache uit een backup e-mail
- Beveilig een cache tegen veranderingen
- Backup/Restore via iCloud

Voor het lopen van een multi gebruik ik hem altijd. Wat mij betreft ideaal.
Toen hij zondag door een bug niet meer opende en melding had gemaakt van dit probleem werd er accuraat gehandeld.
De bug werd snel achterhaald en opgelost.

### ***** "Blijf toch een van de beste"
Wat een fijne app is dit toch, en dan de ondersteuning. Wel vaker wat aangegeven om te implementeren, en als het kan wirdt het ook vrij snel geïmplementeerd. Nu met ondersteuning voor Magic Earth. Een van de fijnste gratis navigatie app’s met gedetailleerde kaarten.
En varieer hint, hoe cool is dat 👍🏻

### ****- "Redelijk voor iphone, niet voor ipad"
Redelijke gebruikersinterface, daar kan heea geautomatiseerd worden. Wellicht dat men de app niet te groot/zwaar (geheugen gebruik) kan of wil maken.
Inmiddels verbeterd voor de ipad.
1 voor 1 moet je de geocaches laden. 
Dus GEEN gpx upload, of iets dergelijks.
Dat vind ik een groot bezwaar.

Voor mij NIET nog niet het ultieme, alles in 1 tool.
Wordt vervolgd..
It is a pity that you cannot save ‘spoiler’ photo’s and include them. If I am in the field, and esp. abroad, I miss this feature.

Lijkt me anno 2012 te duur.

Dit is echt een geweldige app om je caches in te bewaren. Tijdens het lopen van een multi plaats je de antwoorden in de app. En ook kun je  de formules kun je invoeren.
Dat kan je een hoop gereken besparen. Of gebruik het als controle. Een aanrader.
