How to delete the group which has been already added? (1) Please have a browse of the tips mentioned above for reference. (2) If you have cancelled GContact software, and plan to delete the groups remained in Apple’s Contacts, there are several ways to deal with it. One is deleting the groups by Exchange or Itune, and connecting your iphone or itouch to the computer, then doing synchronization. Another one is installing GContact again, and deleting the groups by it. Because the function of deleting groups is not supported by Contacts, and only supported by SDK software of Apple. 3. How to change the name of groups? Please have a browse of the tips mentioned above for reference. 4.Why some groups are added automatically, although we did not do any edition on it? We are afraid it is not caused by GContact, but may be caused by other familiar software or others’ computers, while doing synchronization on it. Where is the Support?" After update on iPad, it won’t even open. Just crashes. Still working on iPod. Update: I updated on iPod now it crashes there too. I WOULD HAVE HAVE LOST ALL MY CONTACTS if they hadn’t been synced to Apple’s “Contacts”. (It’s clumsy to use for Groups but at least I have most of my contacts). Can you get back the old version? I tried restoring from a backup from two years ago and again no addresses. It also duplicated all the entries to the point of five to ten for the same contact. BE VERY AWARE THOUGH. It sends out text messages as picture messages. I had 59 people in my group and was charged $181.00 for 5 of what I thought were text messages. The text messages go out as: SMS/MMS. And it sends them all as: MMS. Be careful not to send out group text messages. The "Help" is poorly written and what it tells you about transferring a contact from "No Group" into another group does not work at all.
