## GCT Pay Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Emergency numbers don’t work"
When trying to contact the emergency number it says doesn’t exist , what’s the point of an emergency number then?
-- Thato321, 2025-01-19

### *---- "Zero customer service"
You’ll never get help
-- Swang-In, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Overcharged"
Staying at a place with this is diabolical 😒. Worse in Eden Estate. I feel sorry for those who own those houses… stay safe though ✨
-- BabyYamz, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Horrible App"
My Complex uses this useless App overcharges , electricity just gets finished in a week, doesn't save card you always have to load card number every time you recharge, using a banking app to buy electricity would be so much easier... I hate it, it's not convenient just an innovation to inconvenience our lives mxm.
-- Slimy27, 2023-09-19

### *---- "Useless"
What a completely useless malfunctioning app. You can spend almost 30 minutes trying to purchase electricity. Don’t know which developer won this tender but they’re incompetent
-- Lalizozoooo, 2023-08-23

### *---- "Rigged"
The system is rigged and overcharges. Levies are ridiculous
-- Nzwee, 2023-08-08

### *---- "Worst utility app and service provider! Not recommended!"
Called in to query my account in my estate, spoke to a lady named Lee Ann. I have never dealt with a customer service representative who was rude, irrational and comes from a home without manners! Very disappointed! They should rather close down their company instead of ripping off their customers! If you want problems in your life download the app and make use of their terrible utility services!
-- Muha545, 2022-06-29

### *---- "Horrible customer service"
I called today because the App apparently has a problem and I can’t login so I spoke to lady called Lee-Anne, and I must say I have never in my entire life experienced such horrible customer service. That lady was literally screaming at me and telling me to shut up over the phone. I’m still in shock of how someone can be so comfortable at screaming at another person because I asked her to repeat something for me.
-- Samke M, 2022-04-22

### ***-- "App not fully detailed"
The app does not detail how much was used in what. It also doesn’t show why the top up is way less that actual available funds. Ud there a certain admin fee taken as well?
-- D.Kganyago, 2022-01-06

### ***-- "Not user friendly - not available"
The app does not give you a clear account of what is happening with your money .Would like to see an account of Opening balance , usage , Deposits for a selected period . Very limited info on usage and way too many times not available .
