## GDO System™ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
Go figure the garage door app is not working again.
-- Teddy Bear873, 2024-10-13

### *---- "👎"
App was good at first but now it disconnects like every other day and it won’t open or close the garage door. For days at a time sometimes weeks.
-- kae 1980, 2024-09-01

### ****- "When is it going to work with Alexa?"
I remember setting this App up in the past but it wasn’t working well. Kept losing connectivity. Revisited recently and everything is working now. I assume a fix was pushed out. But I would like to see Ryobi give more attention to this GDO product now that the injunction is over.
-- Jab99999, 2024-08-19

### *---- "Finally, the fix it"
Finally, Ryobi fixed the app now the app is working to open the garage and close garage but I’m still regretting by the product have no trust they’re gonna be continue let’s hope you stay like this keep working otherwise there is not a trust between them and a customer
-- Singh ride, 2024-08-15

### *---- "They’ve given up"
This app used to be awesome but Ryobi has given up on it. Never works. No updates in 3 years, can’t log in 1/2 the time always shows a notification but you can never find it. They stopped make this opener and just don’t care about the people who already bought it
-- Bird man88, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Down again going on week 3"
Everytime apple does security update this app crashes.
-- X finity Unhappy customer, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Horrible App"
We purchased two openers and they barely work through the app. They will work for some time and then not work. The remotes are hit or miss and the app is trash. Now we are in the market for a new system that is reliable.
-- Eehmann, 2024-08-11

### *---- "The absolute worst app on the planet."
This is by far the worst app on the planet. If not the galaxy. Nothing works. Stay away from ryobi products. And get something that works with MyQ.

Absolute waste of time and money
-- Ash5515, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Garbage"
Failed every 3 months, opener not working at all, failed to re-add it.
-- Leoary, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Total garbage!"
This app has never worked correctly. Had nothing but problems with this garage opener since we installed it. Worst purchase ever!
