Description

Geberit Service App
The Geberit ServiceApp enables service technicians to read out reports on site from the electronic control of the Geberit AquaClean Mera, Tuma, and Sela (2019) shower toilets. The reports allow service technicians to come to conclusions about the source of a fault and assist them when performing maintenance work. Software updates can also be installed using the Geberit ServiceApp. Data is exchanged between the smartphone and the electronics of the shower toilet wirelessly via a Bluetooth connection.
Note: The range of functions of the Geberit ServiceApp is available exclusively to service technicians who have been trained by Geberit. Login details provided by Geberit are required in order to use the app.
