I payed for the digital code but it hasn’t been delivered. Support email is useless, they are not replying. Upd: after more than one month the code has been generated and delivered.

I ordered a amazon gift card a few days ago and I still haven’t received my digital code, the support is the worst thing ever no one even responded by email or insta dms from days ago. This is beyond unacceptable, I’m even thinking of suing them if they don’t respond back!!.

I have requested a refund for a pre order that i canceled “over a month “ago and the costumer service ignored me at first then when i started sending many emails and dms they told me it will be back soon, soon when? I don’t understand what kind of company takes over a month and half to give back a refund! Never in my life i have experienced this with any other company!

This app not good i buy 6.5 kd card when i try to pay they send me otp for 51 KD on my bank card

Conclusion: don’t make the purchase from this app, First few digital codes instantly delivered, then, they didn’t send my codes for my following purchase. I have sent several message to their stupid email, no responses. This company is not trustworthy. There is no channel to get refunds. Btw, Customer number never picked up.

Customers service is the worst highly not recommended to buy from them this is scam app please avoid it

No trust with this store, I tried to reach for help but they don’t have any support twitter or anything easy way. Better to buy games from Amazon. I’m talking about SA and UAE region.
