Gekko Administratie is het online accounting programma voor ZZP’ers, freelancers en andere kleine ondernemers. Met Gekko Administratie kun je gratis alle onderdelen van je zakelijke administratie en boekhouding beheren: Onkosten beheer, facturatie, urenregistratie en km registratie. Gekko biedt de uitkomst. Altijd grip op jouw bedrijf.

De belangrijkste functies van de app zijn:
● Facturatie en omzetbeheer
● Onkostenbeheer en bonnen scannen 
● Urenregistratie en project management
● Zakelijke reizen en rittenregistratie 
● Bank integratie en automatische koppeling van transacties 

Gekko Administratie is een combinatie van alle mobiele applicaties die Gekko biedt. Het is speciaal voor kleine ondernemers die gemakkelijke en begrijpelijk administratieve tools willen gebruiken. Het geeft je alle noodzakelijke functies van een administratie en koppelt deze informatie direct met alle andere mobiele applicaties van Gekko en je online account.

Je kan zowel Gekko Administratie als alle andere applicaties van Gekko gratis gebruiken met een Basic account. All gegevens die je in Gekko Administratie of waar dan ook op het Gekko netwerk opslaat, zullen worden opgeslagen op beveiligde Europese servers. Je gegevens zullen ten alle tijden vertrouwelijk zijn en nooit zonder jouw expliciete toestemming gedeeld met een andere partij. Bovendien zullen al jouw gegevens exclusief jouw eigendom blijven, te gebruiken zoals jij dat wil. Gekko staat voor veiligheid en privacy.

Gekko is top! Het ik gebruik het voor facturen en mijn uren bijhouden. Maar daar zit ook een frustratie punt: uren bijhouden.

Regelmatig als ik op start timer wil drukken, reageer de knop niet, en in plaats daarvan klik ik erachter op de tijdbalk. 

Als dit aangepast wordt is het zeker ***** waard!!

Heel handige App voor een kleine zelfstandige ondernemer om je hele boekhouding mee te doen. En van boekhouden hoef je zelf niets te weten. Het werkt allemaal prima. Echt super!

### *---- "Bad Experience with getGekko"
We came across getGekko a couple of weeks ago while looking for software for our new companies in the Netherlands. Running IT business ourselves, we thought it's fantastic what they're building. We emailed getGekko asking if they're supporting Revolut business accounts and got a rapid response from a customer support guy called Dennis, who told us they support it. So we paid for a premium membership, and this is where all our disappointments started. We couldn't find Revolut on the list, so we emailed Dennis again. Again, we got a speedy response from Dennis saying it's actually under Belgium countries, and it's in Beta, but we would be able to connect it. Following Dennis' instructions, we found it and tried to connect, but it failed. We tried again and again but to no success. We even downloaded their mobile app and tried to connect through the app. As we went along, we discovered more issues with their software and kept submitting errors to Dennis. It turns out the bank connections problems were not on Revolut's side. The Revolut app was showing that we connected. The problem was on getGekko side. So after two days and discovering more issues with their software, we gave up. Dennis didn't give us any estimation time when they would fix all the problems we found, nor did he offer any solutions. We then dared to ask for a refund and close our account, but he just disappeared and stopped replying for days. Finally, after we sent them three emails to their support email address and several days of silence, Dennis replied, and this is what he said: "Sorry for not responding any time sooner, I do not work on Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately, we do not refund a first active payment of Gekko Premium. By law we are not required to issue a refund, because this is a business transaction and not a consumer transaction." So, it's a premium business service that doesn't work Tuesday or Wednesday and refuses to issue refunds when the product does not work because they are not required to by law. As I mentioned above, we work in IT, and after looking at their software, we can tell a lot about it. First, we can't believe that it has taken eight years to build what they have right now. Although, if they only work three days a week, it might explain a lot. It feels like the software is not adequately tested. For example, even the simple button that supposes to use to add your Invoice to Costs doesn't work. Secondary, we found it extremely strange that they decided to
