### ****- "Amazing app but needs a little work"
Hey there!

I’ve been searching for a solid budgeting/tracking app, and I think Gem might just be the one. I really value good design over an overload of features, and your app nails it. The UI is stunning—seriously, great job to you! Love the currency and foreign currency feature as well!

That said, while the app looks amazing, I think the UX could use a bit of polish to make it more intuitive. Sometimes it gets a little confusing. For instance, when I added my stock portfolio as an account, it wasn’t obvious that I needed to add it to tracking to set the balance.

That aside, the app is fantastic, and your hard work really shows.

As a developer myself, I know how hard it can be to get actionable feedback. If you ever need more details or specific input, I’d be happy to help!

App has really thoughtful design however it need more work in the area of data import. When you import data from other app in csv format, it first crashes multiple times and then the categories get created with a blank squeeze and then you cannot edit those categories further. It takes you to data edit when actually you want to edit newly created categories. Apart from these issues I still it is a good attempt by developer and I appreciate it.

Edit: encountered certain issues -

- transferring money from one account to another creates duplicate enteries with an unknown tag and removing them deletes the transaction 

- all my expenses logged are being defaulted to repeating monthly for some reason 

The ui is so good it tickles my brain, simply too good and definitely worth the price. 

The functionality of the app is great to, has everything you’d need.
