Easy and smooth app

The best app all around out of all other distributors. Easy to place orders and process warrenty on the fly. This is a big reason I push my clients to get rheem equipment. Makes everything simple.

Update app

If you go in your cart and you click on a Item and then it takes you to the bottom of the page and you get that scroll back up to see the Item. And I tried both of the apps. Including the Acme Refrigeration app

The Gemaire app is a great tool for contractors, easy to use and very comprehensive in its functionality. I use it everyday.

Not happy with new version

This new app version is a move backwards, there’s no complete systems option under residential equipment button, only individual pieces of equipment. Now takes longer to select equipment matchup than before. Please add complete systems

Warranty and more!

My AC isn’t working today. After a quick panic, I entered the Serial # and my last name into the warranty tool, and it quickly let me know that I am covered under warranty. Great when technology just works!

Very Useful.

This is on of the most useful HVAC app on the market. It makes it soo easy to get pricing to complete proposals without having to call, find those odd parts that for some reasons you call it another name and you don’t want to look stupid for calling it that so you have to find out the original name by looking on this app, check warranties in a Flash, pay for parts, or get a grand total so you know for sure the price it is going to cost your company, and so much more. This app is the reason Why I prefer to sale Gemaire products.
