## GemJoy AR Reviews in United States

### *---- "False advertising"
I bought this watch about a year ago. I was not aware that you had to view the images through a phone app the ad showed the images seemingly floating on top the gem. also, it is very difficult to view the image using the app. I would not recommend this product. I hope someone sues them.

### *---- "Don’t bother"
for the price it does shockingly little, the ar isn’t very good in itself, and the games are mediocre at best, you’re better off finding a free ar app and getting twice the experience for none of the price

### ***** "Awesome 😄"
I got this for Christmas one year and I started playing with the when I got it and it is one of the coolest gifts ever ☻❤️‍🔥𓆉
-- Uhlitterlysohot, 2025-04-14

### **--- "Cute But"
This is a cool idea, but needs some polishing. Cant move it far from your screen or you loose it .And you can quickly run out of experiences. Also a bit pricey. For what you get.
-- Pigeon155, 2025-01-21

### **--- "Cute jewelry, app needs improvements"
I love the gem jewelry, but the picture doesn’t always appear. I end up having to exit the desired picture and click back onto it. Please fix the app
-- stonerthings, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Can’t scan new device"
The app has no scanning function, the phone doesn’t camera work either, the gem is printed paper with a glass lens over it. Tried to contact support early afternoon and they are closed till tomorrow. This purchase feels like a mistake.

### ***** "Glimpse into the future"
GemJoy is incredible! Tons of content and full of beautiful, colorful interactivity.
-- Lucy Lolo9, 2024-11-16

### ***** "This is so much fun!"
Not only do I love this, but my dog loves watching all the creatures on my screen and always gets excited. Everyone ive showed this to absolutely loves it and thinks it’s the coolest thing ever. I particularly love the dragon feature myself!
-- Bribriadamsss, 2024-11-11

### ***** "Fantastic"
I had seen an ad on Facebook and fell in love with the concept. I told my mom it was what I wanted for my birthday this year and she gave it to me early yesterday. I have had so much fun. It’s quite engaging and excellent quality. Can’t wait for new content.

### *---- "Total Garbage!!!"
I’m extremely disappointed with the Gem Joy bracelet, which is unusual for me as l've never left a negative review before. Unfortunately, this product fell short of my expectations in several ways.
The quality appears cheap, the craftsmanship is subpar, and to make matters worse, it doesn't even functio. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a return, despite the 14-day return policy. I would advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative options to avoid wasting their time and money.
