Awesome product!
I love my Gemstone lights, everything works great but a couple software suggestions that would be great would be;
the ability to take a photo of my house from outside and the app being able to show me a preview of different modes and how it will actually look on my house, I wouldn’t mind having to manually set it up for the lights to be in the correct position on the app.
A music sync mode, weather through Spotify, Apple Music or even if I had to buy a Bluetooth mic that synced to the app.
Better control through the Alexa app, I’m trying to make a party routine where all my inside coloured bulbs sync with music and i would like being able to choose a mode like ‘Fireworks’ on the gemstones but the only options in Alexa are for solid motionless colours. Please allow scene control in Alexa.
Love everything else though, good work!
Apple support
I would like to see a new controller with Apple/matter support. But if this is not possible then iOS shortcuts so we can automate things a bit in our Apple homes.
Best Lights
No more climbing ladders and breaking my neck, Best thing is not ruining the house with staples anymore just finish renovating the house and when pulling the staples out also pulling the paint off. Biggest improvement is its a selling feature. 👍👍👍
App needs quick fixes
The lights work flawlessly, the app is intuitive, but there is an issue with the sunrise/sunset functionalities. A workaround is to explicitly indicate an hour to be turned on/off, then it works flawlessly, but when you indicate sunset and sunrise, it doesn’t seem to do the trick for me. I have waited plus 30 mins to see if there is a lag between the app and the weather channel, but no luck so far.
My initial guessing would be there is an issue with how the time zones are being consumed to set the sunrise and sunset. I haven’t seen any log so, I am shooting in the dark to be honest, just giving my two cents.
“No access” issue!
Love the lights but the app needs improvement. Half of the downloaded patterns say “no access” however, on my husbands phone, everything works fine. I also think there should be an easy way to see which light setting is currently on such as on the Home Screen of the app.
Light look great but the app is full of flaws
The product is far better than the app.
You have no idea which lights are currently on. They are desperately in need of a home landing page to show you what is on. Fantastic lights but an app that needs lots of work.
App leaves a lot to be desired
The lights are great but it would be nice if you could actually see what light colours, if they’re on, etc on the Home Screen. We literally have no idea if our lights are on unless we check our security camera.

Gemstone Lights
Lights are amazing, functionality is great. Colours are vivid.
Only thing I would change is having the ability to add as many preset days as possible so I can set up the entire year.
For example the Xmas advent calendar I can only preset 10 days. Then I have to delete them and add the next 10. Be cool to just set all the holidays up at one time.
