Gemstone Lights HUB

We absolutely love our lights, but the last update removed the ability to set up new timers. One of the reasons we chose gemstone was the convenience of scheduling the lights. Dates and times selected become 0-0. Called the call center and was told it would be fixed on the next update, which has not happened. Until then I have to go into the app each night and turn on the lights. Really disappointing.

The November 23 update will not open on my older iPad. It tried to open but then it crashes. I can’t even get to the login screen.

Hanukah , Christmas. You name it. Everyone is included. But millions and millions of Muslims do not represented for their religious holidays. Even sent an email back in the day but no response. Please add colors for Muslim holidays. Will revisit this rating in future. Thank you. Show love for all.

Today is our first day with the lights. I’m excited to see what they look like when it gets darker. But, the crew at Light Up Columbus have been great to work with and bring our vision to reality! I definitely recommend Gemstone Lighting and in the Columbus, Ohio area Light Up Columbus is the best!

Can’t change password in the app Deleted app reinstall only gives message to wait 30 min after 30 min still throws that wait d30 min msg That has gone on for two days now

Not only am I obsessed with my lights, but the ease of this app is simply amazing! I love how quick and easy I can change my lights and that they are constantly adding new folders! Gemstone Lights are the best!
