I have been using the app and there was no issues. Recently after I login, I can’t see my account details, payment methods etc. It just doesn’t show on the app. I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same. Is there a problem with the app? Worst still, the only way to access my details is via the app. Please can something be done

Updated the app on 31/7, only to find out the menu is gone? Please kindly double check the updates and do a fix to it. Thank you.
Bill date
The app is neat and i like it but why is it that the bill date is 2 weeks after the bill period?…
The app doesn’t work !!!
It really frustrating
Avoid Geneco
It’s the only way to manage your account and renewals and it doesn’t work. No other way to get support, the 5 day email channel sends you to the app too. This should be handled as negligence and regulatory violation.
