Lack of ability to remotely adjust mode settings and monitor state of health of the system is greatly needed.

Because you are shutting down the main website, the app needs to let you know when there is an error in the inverter, also need to see each solar panel run….. been waiting over a year to get the DC generator set spent a lot of dollars, for full system, solar, battery, pwr manager and DC generator (a no show) would not recommend the system if asked……

Cannot switch modes from app must contact service team and wait up to 3 days to 2 weeks. If need to switch modes you have to go outside. Controller not easy to use as well. Not a simple Design. Generac says it’s in the works but 1year later no update. So if you in a market of a battery Tesla is a great option. But Generac got it right by simple cell swap. It’s been a year people. I’m for hire and can get this online within a year.

Budget info isn’t flexible enough to enter correct rates. Doesn’t back up most of the time when storms are forecasted. Doesn’t give any indication of system failures. Since the latest update it logs me off every time. Lately it doesn’t show any info.

The app isn’t working properly. It’s not showing my current reading. It’s been down 4 days

App doesn’t work, literally every field is blank. I have to go out to the inverter and see how we’re doing on energy. And usually reset the battery while I’m there, because the rest of the system works about as well as this app does 🙄

i like the app but it often freezes and has to be reloaded- to the point that it is quite aggravating. pretty please fix this for future versions it would also be nice if one could switch the system mode from the app

Second month of use…..good data. But, need info about power off/on….. with history. Think you have the data already. Worth noting……showing this info to others considering buying is a good sales tool.

Our Solar panels are not working accordingly I’m home from Iraq, and I depart tomorrow heading back. Well this morning our power went off and the solar system did not turn on and this is not the first time. The worst thing about the whole situation is we can get a hold of anyone to come and look at it.
