## GeneralAire Dehumidification Reviews in United States

### *---- "Simple but still doesn’t work"
Just pathetic excuse for an app. Now it does not connect to the main unit. Even when it did - the interface is unintuitive and stupid.
-- Flyer fly, 2026-07-28

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Won’t connect to WiFi, even when the dehumidifier is.
-- Susan35359, 2026-07-24

### *---- "This app does not have any metrics/reporting for historical analysis."
This app does not have any metrics/reporting so you can’t determine what the dehumidifier is doing.
-- Rhonda-1, 2026-06-30

### *---- "Useless"
If you can get the WIFI setup at all it will disconnect in a very short time. It will be an endless cycle. Do not have this issue with any other device
-- TherealTatersalad, 2026-06-26

### *---- "Garbage"
This has got to be the most useless app
-- meanness2019!, 2026-04-04

### ****- "Finally connected to wifi"
This has been the most difficult unit to connect with the internet. We finally got it but the process is difficult due to tiny screen and positioning in our crawlspace.
-- Greengables58, 2026-03-31

### *---- "Won’t Connect to my DH-85"
Never has connected, and I’m sure never will.
-- thebestgameofmylife, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Delay"
Big delay between actual humidity and the humidity the device is reporting. App is stating dehumidifier is idle and it is still running. Can k no it connect to WiFi.
-- trebenhoj, 2025-07-23

### ***** "Great app and great dehumidifier"
Love the ease of use and improvement to our indoor comfort with this GeneralAire dehumidifier
-- Thunderbaia80, 2025-06-07

### ***-- "Rate"
Very difficult to use
