## Genesis Intelligent Assistant Reviews in United States

### ***** "I love this feature"
We just purchased our first Genesis and we love it. We have to learn more about this incredible car. So for right now I will say that it has been a blessing to have.
-- Butchyu, 2025-01-04

### ***** "Remote Start"
I love this function! Winter start Ups make such a difference!
-- nside412, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Frustrated"
The app has so much potential but no one responds to messages.
-- Mace Paladin, 2024-12-30

### **--- "Genesis"
GV 7040 EV
-- JohnHR4, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Garbage"
Nothing like having an app ask you if you want to lock your car and hitting “lock doors” just to wake up the next morning to see your car has been unlocked all night. No wonder no insurance companies wanted to insure me bc of the “extremely high theft rate” on these cars. Half the time the remote start doesn’t work either. Too many bugs and glitches. This app is a complete failed use of technology and annoys me way more than it conveniences me.
-- Sparkleprincess01, 2024-12-26

### ***-- "Find my car option could be better"
The find my car feature is really bad.. compared to the gmc app. The gmc shows you exactly which way to walk to your car, this one is just a general map with no direction as to where it is
-- Ralph03131, 2024-12-22

### **--- "Good when working"
Love the app but lately the service portal has been down and now the app/website portal itself is inoperable.
-- Kris24Morris, 2024-12-21

### *---- "App is not reliable"
This app and remote start is not reliable. Furthermore successful visual confirmation of start is not possible as the lights do not go on.
I contacted Genesis Customer Service and after 5 days, I received a response saying remote with headlights on is not possible.
When approaching car it is quiet and impossible to tell if the car is on or off which makes this a real pain on a cold day.
-- Anthonyskala, 2024-12-18

### ****- "Good or great?"
My initial impressions of my car when I first seen it was I like this car looks nice. It has a luxury look and a sporty look. so I had to have the twin turbo to go along with that sporty luxury look you need the power under the hood. In sport and then in sport plus it drives better than it should for an SUV. It definitely has that get up and go. Maybe a little turbo lag but not much which is good but if I would’ve made this engine it would’ve been electronic turbos so it has no turbo lag. But it was a good idea to add the electronic limited slip differential. No I haven’t taken this SUV to it limits yet which I will sooner or later. Another complaint is the transmission sport plus is very aggressive. It needs to smooth out a little bit better holding gears. No one went to drop them knowing went to shift at the right moment. Especially knowing that this car has a sensor that senses the road ahead for the suspension. So it should know what’s coming up what gear I should be in. Looks department. It looks great if you get the sport prestige. But that’s another grip of mine. I don’t understand why the 2022 GV 70 sport prestige got suede in the middle in Napa leather on the sides.
Suede on the pillars, the ceilings very nice touch, but not on the seats. It wears down too quickly and can get dirty. With stains can’t come out when I bought mine. I thought I was gonna get the cross stitched leather. Since it’s a twin turbo V6, you should’ve added a more aggressive exhaust with valves that open and close depending on what mode you want to be in. But I do like how you match the rim color to the cars, color or very close to it. Most car companies they stick to one color or the other depending on which model you get. Another thing I like about Genesis is that you could choose from three packages spor, sport advanced or sport prestige here in the United States. I do wish Genesis for the sport cars or sorry suvs they’re supposed to be sporty should I remind you wish. they would have OEM parts that you can put onto/into the car itself that doesn’t void the warranty, but you need to have ta Genesis dealer put it on or it voids the warranty if that part breaks and it causes destruction of certain parts of the engine, etc. I do like the technology. I’m still finding things to this day. Granted I did just pick the car up three weeks ago maybe less. The stereo system is nice. I do wish it had a little more boom to the base, but it does sound good. Even at high volume it doesn

### *---- "Just meh"
Adding subscriptions/cancelling subscriptions is a pain. Remote start only works on my model if i use it every 2 days, otherwise i have to fully reprogram bluelink. I’ve been on customer service calls for this app too many times. I think it’s better if you have the newer versions of their cars(because all of the add on subscriptions are included when you buy the car), but if you have an older model, this app is kind of a nightmare.
