## GenFed Financial CU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Confusing and NOT User Friendly"
The app is extremely convoluted and missing features that the old app had. I’m very disappointed with the new app.
-- Not a big bonus, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Horrible App"
It’s very complicated to navigate. I been trying to pay my loan for weeks but not success. And customer support doesn’t help either. I don’t know why would they change it to an app compared to the website… This is just plain trash.
-- Dasher921, 2024-12-19

### **--- "Nothing works"
Messages. Zelle. Just hang it up. There is no hope. Feedback works. Haha
-- Random54357'n, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Every time I try to enroll it says oops something went wrong
-- CumminsKyle, 2024-12-07

### ***** "Huge upgrade"
The new GenFed app is a huge upgrade! It’s got a lot of new features like Zelle, card controls, and even lets you see your account and routing numbers right in the app. Plus, you can transfer to other members, add external accounts, see joint accounts under a different member number, and have a lot more control over basically everything compared to the old version.
-- Bennett's books, 2024-11-14

### ***** "New GenFed mobile app"
Really love the new UI and updated capabilities. Great to see how much is accessible at just a click and the new security (MFA) is a very appreciated update!
-- NikolaiTodd, 2024-11-04

### ***** "Excellent"
