Not so free trial

I cancelled within 6 days however my credit card has been charged not 1 but 2x per month for the past 5 months. I cant find a number to call or email address so I have to continually dispute the charges with my credit card company. I enjoyed listening g to Jay’s podcast and wanted to give this a try but regretting it and frustrated.

Unable to cancel

I canceled this app months ago within the compline trial window and have continually been getting charged double months after my cancellation. Buyer beware. I am a huge Jay Shetty fan and love the podcast so this review is strictly based on the genius app

The UI is easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The content is helpful, inspiring, and well worth the time.

I absolutely love this app! So easy to use. Jay and his wisdom are so easily accessible. I start every morning with genius and I never miss a live session on Sunday now with the reminders. Customer service was amazing too when I ran into some issues. Thank you for making this app! It’s great! 🥰🙏🏼✨
