This is a great practice tool and the sounds are really good. In time this could become my new favorite app.. 5 stars will come when 1.sync between devices are possible 2.piano sound can be Rhodes 3.when drums doesn’t make some funny choices in the first verse Better than iReal Pro in some ways, but still needs a helping hand Keep it up, love it ❤️☀️

Your charts are wrong. And the rhythm section swings like an amateur Lawrence Welk band. The only people who play jazz like that anymore are baby boomers and nerds.

This app is awesome . Here is my feature request: let me set it to cue the bar at any interval. For example I start out cuing every bar when I’m first learning to never lose my place. Then I cue every other bar to force myself to remember two, then every fourth bar etc until I don’t have to cue any!

Please fix this it could be brilliant. Nothing worse than unreliable software.

The idea behind this app is great and I’ve enjoyed playing with it but it now keeps crashing :(

There was an issue with saving original progressions/tunes. This has been fixed and now the engine is doing its unique work on all kinds of novel harmonic progressions. Looking forward to more HALF TIME feels and variations on rhythmic displacement and more sophisticated bass lines. This is a game changing app the feels way more natural than the competitors. Great work!

I saved three original tunes and after quitting the app when I reopened it they were all gone except for the last one I saved. I tried it all o we again and the same thing happened. Great app except for that FATAL FLAW.

What your app is able to do goes way beyond my expexpectations. And to think that it was just sitting on my iPad for over a year until I decided I needed to delete apps I never use and finally opened your Genius JT app. Since I started using it, I've opened up a whole world of inspiration for my improv skills and chops. The programming feats for multiple parameter variations are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for all your hard work and brilliant concepts-to-creation accomplishments...truly a gift to all musicians! A few suggestions: 1) Having an alphabet column displayed on either far side of the screen would make it easier to browse and quickly find songs beginning witha specific letter ( doable in the search field, but with a column they're just a touch away ) 2) Being able to rename a song is a surprising perc...would be helpful to have the current name appear in the renaming field to save having to retype the entire title from scratch. I've been putting numerals before songs I'm working on to move them to the top of the list and also for creating a "set list" for myself. 3) Adding a "sort by last played" would really be helpful.

Works perfectly for my needs. I wish that it were either audio unit extension AU or inter-app audio so that it can be used with the AUM mixer on iOS.

No export? What a disappointment. Version 1.5 of 2017 was way better. I need a refund please. This app has gone backwards. Don't compare this app with iReal Pro. They are light years ahead, this app needs a lot of work if you are comparing it to iReal Pro. Not even a export midi or audio. Don't waste your money. Garbage.👎
