In short: it’s the best scanner I’ve used on any smart phone. It seamlessly corrects aspect ratio of the page, it automatically corrects page curvature, and, OCRs very well. If I were to ask for any upgrades, it would be (1) improve the OCR accuracy a little bit, and, (2) allow an auto default to correct page curvature. They’re minor things. The app is truly superb.

Even if the lighting is imperfect, you take the photo at an angle and the document is just in a small section of the photo, it automatically lines up and flattens the document to a perfect black and white pdf. THANKS !!

This is a great scanner, one of the best with a few steps to get the job done. Would totally recommend as I now don’t need my $800 A3 printer scanner.

I use this genius app and supported Grizzly for close to 6 years. Since release the development has -at any rate- progressed, and the 6.0.2 launch kicks significant, practicable goals ideal for digital word processing. However, by providing web access to synchronised devices, scanned publications, and enabling such scanned data to be completed almost exclusively in-house at Grizzly Labs via their new ‘and exclusive’ cloud-based network, lacks considerable insight and consideration for those customers (like myself) who have not only continued to appreciate the developers and app but also have already paid for the a-how many inchoate and/or redundant versions? Par for the course I suppose. As all of these presumably lead to the current “Genius’s suite”of functionality. But the whole...,,oh and now just one a final on-going monthly subscription please?!” No! Don’t get me wrong. I love the idea of the capability the whole suite can provide, now made complete via utilising Genius~Cloud. BUT, to then subvert the access and interests of original patrons by prostituting the service 6.0.2 functions to provide is a let down. The further subscription charge is a wrought. Sure we’re given the ‘new’ service extra I.e (Genius+ features) however we aren’t complemented with access to a registered account within the ‘Genius’ cloud-base platform (for which necessitates the functional developments of Genius+ C’est la vie, c’est la Genius+
