## GeniusCash Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Cash back rewards are great"
Love this app and its benefits. If I was planning on opening a new account or getting a new credit card, why not get paid for it? Quick and easy etransfer of the cash back rewards makes it very worthwhile.
-- Extra cash? Yes, 2026-08-28

### ***** "Reliable Service"
CGC provides very good promotions and rewards for various products and their customer service is very responsive.
-- MrBean1212!, 2026-08-04

### *---- "No money, no response"
Never got the money when I opened a tangerine card from this app. Filed a ticket and no one is responding. Kind of a scam
-- JasonXYT, 2026-07-20

### **--- "Buggy and gimmicky as hell"
How can an app for a financial service be so buggy? It walks you thru setup seeking various types of info then gives you no input fields for that info. Overall, the Genius Cash program seems so gamified- it’s like logging into Temu. It strikes me that this program is strictly for rubes
-- dr_bit, 2026-04-14

### **--- "Waste of time and effort"
This is just a carrot dangle app that preys on the less fortunate. They simply sell your data and then DON’T PAY YOU like they promise. I would rate this 1 star but nobody looks at those.
-- Zacharis9, 2026-01-04

### ***** "The new app is pretty good"
This company clearly in investing in customer satisfaction. They have improved with the new app which is seamless. Glad to support a Canadian business
-- Unmole, 2025-11-27

### *---- "ANNOYING"
It took over 2 months and more than 16 emails to finally get my promised GeniusCash award.
I will NEVER use this site again! Especially since the alternative site, Borrowell, offers much better rewards and way better customer services.
I have written more than 50 negative reviews about GenuisCash on about a dozen review sites in the past 2 months to warn others of this company’s failure to deliver on its promises and to keep clear of these bad actors.
-- dissappinted333, 2025-11-27

### ***** "Best App"
One of the best apps I’ve downloaded.
-- Alex new 88, 2025-11-14

### *---- "No cash showed up"
Payments are not reliable
-- fffuhvhjo, 2025-09-27

### *---- "Difficulty in getting Cashback"
BEWARE. Will never pay you out unless you fight and open tickets over and over again, even if you followed the steps to a tee. Used credit card genius for years and they’ve been extremely bad the last few years in paying out
