If you already have a raw DNA data file from services like 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FTDNA, or MyHeritage, you can safely use it. Genomapp provides a personalized genetic exploration of your Ancestry.com or 23andMe results. Our tool quickly identifies thousands of genetic markers (SNPs) and shows health associations found in scientific evidence.

Search our database of more than 9,500 conditions, 12,400 genes, and 180,000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA, PTEN, and P53.

We are constantly adding support for new providers. Genomapp also supports VCF format files and specific schemes. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).

I uploaded my ancestry data to try to help understand some of the markers i have. Unfortunately i think Ancestry miscalls certain snps which likely confuses this app. It claimed i had vEDS and some 1 in a million disease that i obviously don't have. Cross check the data on open snp or snpedia before jumping to any conclusions.

### **--- "Android to iPhone switching"
Purchases cannot be restored if you switch from Android to iPhone (or I imagine from iPhone to Android as well) 

The info the app gives is good to know. I like the detail. Too bad I paid for full reports and can’t access them now. The “Help” section has an FAQ that doesn’t include this or how to contact their customer service.

This app is not for fun, it provides real reports based off your raw DNA. I recommend paying the small fee for the additional reports helped me diagnose an autoimmune disease. Easy to read and the information the app provides is plentiful!

Did my ancestry before and wanted to use this app. It won’t upload my data from ancestry. I subscribed for the use, but can get access where to stop the continued subscription.  This is bogus. I will need to block them from my Apple account.

### ***** "I’ve used Genomapp since 2015 and I love  it!"
The regular updates are great ! A few of the pathogenic results for complex diseases I had no signs of having in 2015. But since then I have developed 5 of the conditions I showed two copies of pathogenic markers. Three of those were familial breast cancer, neoplasm Of the breast, and cancer cell motility(the cancers ability to metastasize to other parts of the body. I have faithfully done my mammogram yearly ever since I got my first report.  Feb 2,2021 I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. I’ve since had surgery, I am cancer free, didn’t need radiation and only on anti hormone pills to prevent it from coming back somewhere else in my body. This app is partly responsible for saving my life as my cancer was caught early because I new my risks were high ! I used my ancestry dna file.the dna testing and Genomapp cost me less than $80! Most of that was the dna testing not Genomapp. I also love the links to Pubmed and National institute of health for learning, references, studies, and trials. I am a retired nurse.
