I absolutely LOVE genshin impact, and I understand the storage issues due to cutscenes, etc. Please find a way to decrease storage issues, example: add an option to remove talking cutscenes, while chat still happens, but them not needing to move their arms, or more, thank you.

since I started playing in 2020 I have not stopped playing because the story is so good and is very interesting and fulfilling while keeping and understandable plot the characters have their own little stories about why they specifically are special and that is just great for me everything about this game from the daily commissions to the long and hard “aranara” quest and the amazing archon quests this game is overall 5* for me
The game is really cool and fun but it takes 18gb or more and it’s really glitchy to play on a low graphics device over all the game is amazing and u never know what’s gonna happen
Genshin Impact is amazing, but i’ve tried the ascension quest over 10 times….But i haven’t successfully finished it….I’d be really grateful if you made the ascension quests easier….But otherwise the game is really good. The content is phenomenal, and the characters are designed beautifully.

I can confidently say that this is the best game I've ever played! the plot is worked out very dramatically and deeply, each character of the game has his own personal story! the character design is also simply outstanding! my favorite character is Raiden Shogun. I adore her, but this is far from one character that I like! but genshin is beautiful not only because of the plot or characters, the regions are very interesting, the map is just huge, very good rewards. it can be listed forever, as there are so many small but nice details. in short, I'm just sure that everyone will like this game!
