After releasing of Wuthering waves I feel Genshin impact is worst. Characters switching delay and the way of character climbing on wall etc. is worst. Wuthering wave got much better way of climbing on wall and character switching is very fast. So I am uninstalling Genshin Impact I will not play anymore sorry. You guys were not listening to the gamers which they recommended to do so.
I’ve played genshin long enough to write a review there was a cutseen and there not letting me not letting me do anythingg and i cant even press map cuz its a cutseen and ots lagging snd traveler is dying everytime i cant even play the game and yes i have tried logging out snd in many times its just not working please answer cuz i want to continue playing the game bye i hope u notis
Hello I was wondering why would you change your name to "Hoyoverse" I really like mihoyo more (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾ but it's okay if you don't want to change it back I just wanna know why you changed it ♡´･ᴗ･`♡
The security system of genshin is trash like thier question is stupid. Whats the device you used when you first logged in? What did you use to create your account? Bro if im someone who bought the account then how can i know all these stuff? I have a problem with my email. I got my email hacked and deleted. When ever i want to change the email it asks for a verification code. How can i get it when i the email that you are reaching is deleted. I talked to the support snd they want me to submit an application form, i submitted the application for but still everytime I submit a form it get rejected. And when i talked to them they still say that the only way to change the email is through the form. I also put my last bank transactions they just don’t want to believe. To let others buy another account. So for those who pay for this game i would suggest you stay as f2p since they don’t deserve your money.

This game is eating my phone storage, Hoyolab fix this!!! I cant play freely because i have no space for the updates please try to fix this i truly want to play but i cant even update cuz i got no storage for this game!!
Very very good animations and the graphics coool!! And the characters like the anime and the story line is good,the game is very coooool
