I’ve never used worse! Freezes when scrolling, exits the location when I only wanted to go out of an item… highly frustrating and such a shame!!! Bet it loses sales on a regular basis! It certainly has with me this evening!

Great products for reasonable prices but it never lets you know when an item is back in stock or have a notification about it being on sale. Delivery fee could be free if you spend a certain amount & the app could really do with improvement. 

Even when entering the physical store, some of the products are scattered everywhere & their multipack clothing has been opened up & missing something.

This app needs to be updated desperately! For instance, if I went into women’s accessories, to view one product, it’s impossible to go one step back, it takes you all the way back to the start. Even today, I went to earn points, I could not go one step back to the pervious page. Absolutely ridiculous, George is such a big company and the app is terrible!

As much as the selection and choice of items are brilliant, the functionality of the app is poor. I tried to purchase a basket of items and it kicked me out, the purchase didn’t go through and it emptied my basket. I then went on to re add items in my basket and it took me twice as long because every time I scroll down the page looking at items it would randomly load and go back to the top of the page again and again. I would also select certain options to look at such as women’s cardigans and it kept taking me back to the women’s Black Friday sale.
