## Georgia Lottery Official App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t withdraw most winnings"
Even if you win money, you can’t withdraw it unless it gets above $10. The super majority of winning prizes are less than $10 and even though it’s legally won you can’t get the money.
-- ScroogeMcflyer, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Annoying…getting worst with each upgrade!"
For the love of god …why in the world you ask me almost every time to sign in , and then enable faceid . Even after I do that …you still ask me again the next time to sign in and enable faceid !!!’
Also maybe this isn’t the app developers fault , but I find it really stupid to not allow me to buy tickets if I am traveling outside GA !
I am already signed as a GA resident , you got my ID and social security number . What does it matter if I am in GA or if I am in Florida on vacation and I want to buy a couple of tickets ?
I would still be able to buy it in Florida , except now , I have to get out of my hotel room , drive to the gas station in order to buy tickets .
Update :12-30-24
Another big issue is that the scan doesn’t work properly. I already had the powerball and another number , but the scan from the app says I am not a winner . Got the ticket , went to a gas station and got my $4 . This app needs to shut down !
-- Erionziu, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Useless"
Won’t check my tickets. Pretty useless. Might as well check them at the stores.
-- Done 325!, 2024-12-30

### **--- "No good"
App developer should be fired! Scanner doesn’t work maybe one and 15 times you try it
-- Rhab17, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Why can’t I paste my Password"
The app has been working fine for me, but my only gripe is that I can no longer paste my password from my password manager app to login.

Whenever there is an update, I’m required to re-enter my password. I use a password manager that creates strong passwords and it is a real inconvenience to have to write it down, then type it again every time there’s an update.

Please make this easier.

### *---- "Rip off"
This app keeps stealing my freaking money. Not giving me my keno cards or knocking me off the app
-- Tryagain269, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Scam"
I’ve noticed all of a sudden when you win a prize it’s a fraction of what you bet. Used to you lost all together but they’ve now decided if you bet 5 dollars you win .40 cents. It’s not designed for you to win, I know but used to when you bet you at least won the same amount back that you bet. It’s become a scam.
-- tattdscorpio32, 2024-12-07

### *---- "I never win"
I never win and digi games are rigged so you lose. Prove me wrong.
-- Andrew3536, 2024-12-06

### *---- "User"
Dec 5 2024 Ga Lottery App doesn’t operate in my IPhone
-- Mike stone 47, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Withdrawal"
It’s rediculous that I cannot have my winnings put on the card that I deposited with. Now I have to wait for a check for 4-6 weeks. Having to run a credit check in order to register my debit card is rediculous now I can’t see my add either of my cards. There not much winnings on the diggi games
